Overview
SEG Services’ previous website no longer reflected the quality, creativity, or confidence of the agency’s work. The goal of this project was to deliver a modern, visually elevated redesign that positioned SEG on par with leading competitors and better showcased their capabilities — while improving overall UX and performance.
My Role
I led the creative direction and design for the entire site, owning all visual and UX decisions. I worked closely with SEG’s managing partner to define the vision and collaborated with developers to bring the design to life with fidelity and performance in mind.
Approach
Evaluated competitor agency websites to identify gaps and opportunities
Reimagined content hierarchy and layout to improve clarity and flow
Introduced bold typography and strong visual structure to convey confidence
Simplified layouts to create a clean, modern, and scalable system
The focus was on letting the work and messaging speak clearly — without unnecessary complexity.
