Overview

Orbus needed to reverse declining market share in SEG square-foot graphics amid growing competition and pricing pressure. The goal of this campaign was to reintroduce and elevate Orbus’ SEG print capabilities, promote reduced pricing, and highlight new service offerings — including test-fit capabilities and photo documentation.

The campaign required a cohesive, multi-channel approach that clearly communicated value, quality, and differentiation across marketing and sales touchpoints.

My Role

As Lead Designer, I led the creative direction for the campaign and ensured visual and messaging consistency across all channels.

My responsibilities included:

  • Defining the overall look and feel of the campaign

  • Designing the campaign landing page and homepage carousel feature

  • Leading visual direction across email, social, and video

  • Providing creative review and approval for test-fit wall graphics

  • Designing physical sales tools, including graphic sample products

  • Collaborating closely with the videographer, marketing team, developers, and VP of Marketing

I also recorded the voiceover for the campaign video, helping reinforce a clear and confident narrative around the offering.

Approach

Built the campaign around clarity and credibility, emphasizing print quality and color accuracy

  • Adopted and extended the visual language from a previously designed Graphic Material Sample Book to maintain continuity

  • Designed assets to support both digital marketing and sales enablement

  • Balanced promotional messaging with tangible proof points through samples and test-fit visuals

  • Structured the campaign to roll out consistently across email and social over a two-month cadence

Every touchpoint reinforced the same core message: quality, value, and service differentiation.

Outcome

The campaign delivered a cohesive, multi-channel presence that elevated awareness of Orbus’ SEG graphic capabilities and new service offerings. By aligning marketing content with sales tools and real-world samples, the campaign strengthened confidence in Orbus’ print quality and positioned the brand more competitively in a crowded market.
